Goshen Friends Preschool is based on Quaker values which encourage the growth of the whole child by making provisions for different learning styles and addressing a child’s interests, strengths and needs through a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Purposeful, child-centered classrooms enhance cognitive, physical, social, emotional, aesthetic and spiritual growth through play and concrete experiences which encourage discovery, experimentation, interaction, choice and conversation. These classrooms also create a foundation which fosters an enthusiasm for learning, independence, cooperation, responsibility, freedom of expression and appreciation of differences.
