Welcome to the World of A1 & A3

Dear Room A Families,

Summer is drawing to a close and September approaches! I welcome you all to one of the most incredible years your child will have in his/her school career! Preschool is a very exciting time as children embark upon new adventures in the world of learning. This is a year of important transitions, and exciting social and emotional development!
We will be playing, learning, growing, and so much more. I hope to make your child's first learning experience a joyful one, and I hope to nurture a love of school that will continue to grow throughout your child's years of education.  
So much goes on in preschool, and we will be building on these small successes. Each child will progress at his/her own rate, acquiring skills as he/she is developmentally ready. Maintaining each child's individuality and self-esteem; establishing a secure and home-like climate; and building a secure foundation for future growth will remain priorities in our classroom.

I consider it a great privilege and responsibility to be your child's teacher this year, and I can’t wait to meet each of you!
