Fundraisers

Throughout the year the GPC organizes fundraisers with local businesses to help
support school activities and give back to our school. Some of our most popular
fundraisers are:

 

Spirit Wear
We partner with a local print shop to offer a variety of fun clothing and accessories with
the Goshen Friends School name and logo.

Highland Orchards
Get your Thanksgiving desserts taken care of and support our school by ordering from
Highland Orchards in November! Pies, donuts, and cider are delivered in car line right
before the holiday break.

Fall Mums & Spring FlowersIn the fall and spring, we partner with local florists and greenhouses to bring beautiful mums and spring annuals to our school community. A portion of sales benefits our
school.

Book Fair
Each fall we partner with Barnes & Noble in Exton for our annual Book Fair. Proceeds
help Goshen Friends expand the school's library, and teachers also choose books that
families can purchase to donate to their classrooms. The Book Fair has crafts and a
read-aloud story time from our very own teachers!

Read-a-Thon
Every March we encourage Goshen Friends students to read, read, read! Family and
friends may make a flat donation or a per-book donation based on the number of books
their student reads. The GPC also makes a donation to a local charity in the greater
West Chester area from the funds raised at the Read-a-Thon.

Restaurant Nights
Throughout the year, we plan fundraisers at local restaurants where a portion of the
night's sales are donated to the school. Past restaurants include Patelmo’s, Red
Sombrero, Buddy’s Burgers, and Bierhaul.
