An Invaluable Start to a Lifelong Love of Learning

At Goshen Friends School, we celebrate and nurture childhood, and we make learning fun! Children are able to make the journey of childhood in an environment of safety and support.

With our small class sizes (12 maximum in Preschool and 15 maximum in Pre-Kindergarten), we all know one another and consider each other to be family.

We are a Quaker school, and our belief in peace, integrity, simplicity, community, equality, and stewardship rings loudly each school day.

Our robust curriculum in all classrooms includes thematic, play-based lessons that nurture pre-reading, pre-writing, pre-math, and pre-science skills. All students also enjoy "specials" classes in Art, Music, Spanish, and Outdoor Education.

We take advantage of our beautiful 10-acre campus with daily recess, scavenger hunts, gardening, and other activities that celebrate our natural world.

Our school year runs from early September (starting the Monday after Labor Day) into June (ending two Fridays after Memorial Day), offering a longer school year than most area Preschools.

Parents love us! We are pleased to provide recommendations upon request.

Goshen Friends is pleased to offer financial aid and grants to families enrolling in our school:

  • Financial Aid: All families seeking financial aid may apply online through School and Student Services, a service of the National Association of Independent Schools.
  • Non-need-based tuition grant: The Quaker Grant is awarded to children of Quaker families. Families applying for only this grant do not need to file their financial information. Families will be asked to complete a short grant application.

Financial aid and tuition grants are limited and are given on a first-come, first-served basis. For information on how to apply for financial aid and grants, click here.

Tuition payment plans are available.
