Fundraisers

Goshen Friends School is grateful to the Goshen Parent Community (GPC) for organizing numerous fundraising opportunities throughout the year. There is no pressure to participate, but we hope there is an event or activity that works for your family and your budget this year.

Read the GPC Flyer to learn more and contact their leadership team if you want to get involved!

book fair

Book Fair
During the holiday season, we partner with Barnes & Noble for our annual Book Fair. A percentage of all sales benefit the school. Teachers also choose books that families can purchase to donate to their classrooms.

Read-a-Thon
Every March, we encourage Goshen Friends students to read, read, read! Family or friends may make a flat donation or based on the number of books their student reads that month. Proceeds help Goshen Friends expand the school's library, and a donation is also made to the Charles A. Melton Arts and Education Center to support literacy in the greater West Chester community.

Restaurant Nights

Throughout the year, we plan fundraisers at local restaurants where a portion of the night's sales are donated to the school. Past restaurants include Freddy's Steakburgers, Brother's Pizza, and Bar Avalon.

Car Line Fundraisers

The GPC has made fundraising easier than ever -- place an order online and pick it up in car line when you get your child from school! Local businesses we have partnered with include Taste of Puebla Mexican restaurant, Every Soul vegan bakery, and Highland Orchards pies and donuts.

Spirit Wear

We partner with local print shop, B&E Sportswear, to offer a variety of child and adult clothing with the Goshen Friends School name and logo.

Holiday Decor

We partner with the B&B Christmas Tree lot, located in Exton's Whiteland Town Center, to receive a percentage of purchases on trees, wreaths, and holiday swag.

Fun Pasta

Families choose from unique pasta shapes, meal starters, and gift sets, with 40% of purchases earned for our school.

RaiseRight Gift Cards

The RaiseRight Program lets Goshen Friends families purchase gift cards from a wide selection of retailers, and a rebate is given back to the school. You can buy both physical and electronic gift cards, available through the RaiseRight.com website, the https://www.raiseright.com/mobile-app/, or through our schoolwide physical gift card order. Read the GPC's RaiseRight flyer for details!

The gift cards make great gifts, of course, but also consider purchasing cards for stores you shop at regularly, like grocery stores, home improvement stores or even gas retailers. You spend the same amount, and the school benefits!
