Giving » Fundraisers

Goshen Friends School is grateful to the Goshen Parent Community (GPC) for organizing numerous fundraising opportunities throughout the year. There is no pressure to participate, but we hope there is an event or activity that works for your family and your budget this year.

Book Fair
Each year we partner with Barnes & Noble for our annual Book Fair. A percentage of all sales benefit the school. Teachers also choose books for families to purchase to donate to their respective classrooms.

Restaurant Nights

Throughout the year, various restaurant nights are planned. A portion of the night’s sales are donated to the school. Past restaurants include Buddy’s Burgers, Iron Hill, The Pour House, and Snap Custom Pizza.

KidStuff/SaveAround Coupon Books & Mobile App

The valuable, family-friendly KidStuff/SaveAround Coupon Books are available through our school. Each coupon book comes with a code for the free mobile app to help you save on the go. Goshen Friends School will receive up to 50% of each book we sell. The books are great for gifts too! Visit the KidStuff website for more information. You will enjoy fabulous savings from area restaurants, stores and entertainment establishments, and it will only take a few coupons to make up the $25 cost! (Remember to keep the book in your car!)

The Scrips Program enables GFS families to purchase gift cards from a wide selection of retailers. We provide a hard-copy form for each family so that they can select which gift cards they would like to purchase. (Note: Ordering cannot be done online, but you can research retailers by clicking here.) The gift cards are then mailed to Goshen Friends School and sent home in your child's backpack.

We receive a rebate from Scrips based on the dollar amount of gift cards ordered. The gift cards make great gifts, of course, but also consider purchasing cards for stores you shop at regularly, like grocery stores, home improvement stores or even gas retailers. You spend the same amount, and the school benefits!

Box Tops for Education

Those days of clipping Box Tops are coming to an end! Box Tops for Education has been raising money for schools for years by asking us to cut, rip and hoard those tiny coupons, but the times are changing and Box Tops is going digital! Now all you have to do is download the app and scan your receipt. Hopefully the result is a more efficient way to help raise money for GFS, with fewer tattered cereal boxes in the pantry! These Box Tops are found on hundreds of products (click here for a list). Each Box Top we collect is worth 10 cents; that may not sound like a lot, but it can add up quickly! Deadlines for submitting Box Tops are in October and February, but you can send them in any time you'd like. Even with the new app, we can still accept any physical Box Tops coupons that haven't expired.

For more info about Box Tops for education, please go to Marne Repetto is the parent contact; please email her with any questions.
